What is SERP?

Search engine results page (SERP) is what you get when you do a web search on any of the major search engines (i.e. Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Qwant, etc). Usually, a SERP holds up to 10 hits or links to websites with the relevant keywords you’ve used in your web search. Usually, SEO companies try to bring their client’s website to the first SERP.

How Goole Search Works?

When you type in keywords Google runs it against its indexed websites and creates a SERP with all the relevant websites on it.
