1.2 The client agrees to provide any needed information and content required by triHead LLC in good time to enable triHead LLC to complete a design or website work as part of an agreed project.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All invoices must be paid in full within the due date mentioned on the invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2.2 triHead LLC reserves the right to halt the ongoing work and services if payments are not received by the due date.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 All payments made to triHead LLC are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a signed agreement.

3.2 If a project is canceled by the client, any monies paid are retained by triHead LLC, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All intellectual property rights of the created content will remain the property of triHead LLC until full payment has been made.

4.2 Upon full payment, the client will be assigned rights to use the design, graphics, and text contained in the finished assembled website.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Both the client and triHead LLC undertake to disclose confidential information only to those of their employees, contractors, and agents as need to know it.

6. Liability

6.1 triHead LLC will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by services provided by the company.

6.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless triHead LLC against any claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the client’s use of triHead LLC’s services.

7. Service Termination

7.1 triHead LLC reserves the right to refuse service and terminate a contract if the client breaches these terms and conditions.

8. Modifications

8.1 triHead LLC may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.

8.2 Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed about changes.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes.
